Vertical scroll bar got removed after upgrade 1.0.5

Not able to scroll up to see any thinking or past content, the scroll bar is gone!!!

Hi @banibrata-de could you clarify which os and terminal you are using?

@devm33 it is powershell on windows 11. Everything was ok on the same terminal, then moment I updated , the scroll bar vanished. I tested it on another windows 11 powershell, vscode powsershell terminal, same experience everywhere

Thanks @banibrata-de it is expected that there will be no scroll bar shown in the new rendering experience. Does scrolling with the mouse not do anything when the CLI has produced more content than is shown in the terminal? If not, does page up or page down work?

Ok yes that is the expected behavior of the new approach we are shipping that renders the CLI in the alternate screen buffer (similar to less or vim) The new rendering approach eliminates flashing and flickering.

It's not possible to show the terminal's scroll bar in this mode, but we could add a scroll bar in the CLI itself. I'd be curious to understand your use case. What are you missing without the scroll bar?

Please also let us know if you have any other feedback on the new rendering approach!

I see ok, thanks for the clarification, it was a habbit of mine to use the scroll bar, did not realize without the visual bar I can still use page up/down. Flickering was a real issue, Thanks for fixing that, I am good.
