Fix Wrong Menu Title in Portuguese

Why:

It's supposed to say "GitHub Copilot", but it says "GitHub Actions" instead.

One single word.

Hi! We actually don't accept PRs on the translations. They're handled by an automation pipeline and we just use the git repo (at the moment) as our "database".

@peterbe Got it! So the translations are made by a Github employee? Or it's also automated? My PR was changing one word on the menu title that could confuse Brazilian users.

👋 @fernanDOTdo Our translation process involves an integration with an external service, where all translation activity happens. We hope to eventually open up the translation process to the open-source community, but we’re not there yet.
