docs: remove docker-in-docker references

Documentation still referenced Docker-in-Docker after its removal in PR 205. This updates the docs-site content to align with the current firewall behavior.

• Docs site index: Removed Docker-in-Docker capability, use-case section, and diagram copy; kept feature/architecture descriptions focused on containerized isolation.
• SSL bump reference: Removed spawned-container trust store inheritance language.
