Daily File Diet Cannot Assign To Copilot

I got a weird error in the safe_outputs part of the diet. It created the issue correctly but got an error assigning it to Copilot.

Error: Failed to assign copilot to issue #278 in amalgamated-tools/biblioteka: ERR_PERMISSION: copilot coding agent is not available for this repository
Error: ERR_API: Failed to assign copilot to 1 issue(s)

But as you can see, I don't have it disabled

And in fact, I can assign it myself to Copilot:

Did you set the GH_AW_AGENT_TOKEN? The github action token won't work and this typically means your token is not porperly configured.

@pelikhan thanks - I couldn't find any documentation on what permissions the GH_AW_AGENT_TOKEN needs

I have added the GH_AW_AGENT_TOKEN with these permissions:

Just want to add that I am experiencing the same issue, ERR_PERMISSION: copilot coding agent is not available for this repository. The account that is set has access to Github Copilot Enterprise (don't know if this helps), and direct assignment or using Copilot in other ways works; the issue only appears from workflows.
