Summary

APM CLI v0.8.2 and apm-action v1.3.4 have been released. The following pins in this repo should be updated.

1. .github/workflows/smoke-claude.lock.yml

• GH_AW_INFO_APM_VERSION: v0.8.0 → v0.8.2 (lines 71, 110, 694)
• microsoft/apm-action uses: SHA pin: update to v1.3.4 SHA (lines 653, 820)

2. .github/aw/actions-lock.json

• microsoft/apm-action@v1.3.1 entry → update to @v1.3.4 with new SHA (line 158)

3. pkg/workflow/data/action_pins.json

• Same microsoft/apm-action@v1.3.1 entry → update to @v1.3.4 with new SHA (line 158)

What changed

• APM CLI v0.8.2: Adds Artifactory registry support, credential handling improvements, and dependency path validation hardening. See CHANGELOG.
• apm-action v1.3.4: Compatible with APM CLI v0.8.2.
