Some of the files under .github/aw/*.md have drifted badly out of date and are just not very good end-to-end prompting and need a total deep clean and review

• github-agentic-workflows.md needs careful cleaning and review likewise, it was full of slightly inaccurate things like encouraging the use of issues: write

There are many problems and we should make incremental progress to make sure everything is technically accurate in these files.

Deprecated and legacy and removed and internal-only features should not be mentioned in these
