Bump dictation generator glossary from 250 to 1000 terms

Increases the project-specific glossary size target in the dictation-prompt workflow from 250 terms to 1000 terms to provide more comprehensive coverage for speech-to-text error correction.

Changes

• Updated target glossary size: 250 → 1000 terms
• Adjusted acceptable range: 240-260 → 950-1050 terms
• Modified in 5 locations across workflow instructions, guidelines, and success criteria

The workflow (dictation-prompt.md) now instructs the agent to extract approximately 1000 project-specific technical terms from docs/src/content/docs/ when generating skills/dictation/SKILL.md.
