Add missing scanner.Buffer() calls to prevent silent truncation in gateway_logs.go

[Copilot]

Two bufio.NewScanner instances in gateway_logs.go lacked scanner.Buffer() calls, causing silent truncation of any gateway.jsonl line exceeding the default 64 KB token limit — a real risk given AI tool call payloads in these logs.

Changes

• pkg/cli/gateway_logs.go (~line 336): Added buf allocation and scanner.Buffer(buf, maxScannerBufferSize) after bufio.NewScanner in the gateway metrics parsing path.
• pkg/cli/gateway_logs.go (~line 779): Same fix in the MCP tool call scanning path.

Both now match the existing correct pattern already used at lines ~149 and ~615:

buf := make([]byte, maxScannerBufferSize)
scanner.Buffer(buf, maxScannerBufferSize)

The maxScannerBufferSize = 1_048_576 (1 MB) constant was already defined in the file.
