Fix: max-patch-size missing from tools.repo-memory JSON schema

[Copilot]

max-patch-size was documented and handled in Go compilation logic but absent from the JSON schema for tools.repo-memory, causing schema validation to reject it as an unknown property before compilation could process it.

Changes

• pkg/parser/schemas/main_workflow_schema.json: Added max-patch-size (integer, min: 1, max: 102400) to both the object form and array-items form of tools.repo-memory, matching the bounds already enforced in repo_memory.go
