Fixed in 09ca57e. Two issues were causing the CI failures:

TestGetActionPinsSorting — the new anchore/sbom-action pin brought the total from 37 to 38; updated the expected count.
TestWasmGolden_CompileFixtures — regenerated the golden files for basic-copilot, smoke-copilot, and with-imports to reflect the updated action pin versions (e.g. # v7 → # v7.0.0, new download-artifact SHA).
