Add progress indicator to workflow runs fetching spinner

Summary

Updates the spinner message during workflow run fetching to show real-time progress information in the format (downloaded / count).

Problem

When running gh aw logs to download workflow runs, the spinner message "⠋ Fetching workflow runs from GitHub..." provided no indication of progress during the iterative fetching process. Users had no visibility into how many runs had been processed or how many remained, especially during long-running operations.

Solution

The spinner now displays progress information showing the number of runs processed so far out of the total requested:

After:

⠋ Fetching workflow runs from GitHub... (0 / 100)
⠋ Fetching workflow runs from GitHub... (25 / 100)
⠋ Fetching workflow runs from GitHub... (50 / 100)

Implementation Details

• Modified listWorkflowRunsWithPagination() to accept processedCount and targetCount parameters
• Updated the spinner message format to: "Fetching workflow runs from GitHub... (%d / %d)"
• The calling code in DownloadWorkflowLogs() passes:
  • len(processedRuns) for the current progress
  • count for the user-requested total
• Updated test to match the new function signature

This provides clear feedback during the iterative download process, especially valuable when fetching large numbers of workflow runs or when network operations are slow.
