Updates the gh-aw-mcpg (MCP Gateway) version from v0.1.14 to v0.1.15.

Changes Made

• Constant Update: Updated DefaultMCPGatewayVersion in pkg/constants/constants.go from v0.1.14 to v0.1.15
• Workflow Recompilation: Recompiled all 173 workflow lock files to reference the updated container image ghcr.io/github/gh-aw-mcpg:v0.1.15
• Golden Test Files: Updated golden test files to reflect the new version reference
• Changeset: Added .changeset/patch-update-mcpg-v0-1-15.md for patch release tracking

Testing

• ✅ All workflow lock files successfully recompiled with make recompile
• ✅ Golden test files updated using -update flag
• ✅ Code formatted with make fmt
• ✅ Wasm golden tests pass with new version

This update ensures all workflows reference the latest MCP Gateway container image with the latest features and bug fixes from v0.1.15.
