TestWasmGolden_CompileFixtures was failing because DefaultMCPGatewayVersion in constants.go was bumped to v0.1.25 without regenerating the wasm golden test files, which still referenced v0.1.22.

Changes

basic-copilot.golden, with-imports.golden: Regenerated via go test ./pkg/workflow -run='^TestWasmGolden_' -update to reflect the new ghcr.io/github/gh-aw-mcpg:v0.1.25 image tag in both the download_docker_images.sh invocation and MCP_GATEWAY_DOCKER_COMMAND.

TestWasmGolden_CompileFixtures iterates over all .md fixtures in pkg/workflow/testdata/wasm_golden/fixtures (including smoke-copilot.md). That fixture does not pin an MCPG tag, so with DefaultMCPGatewayVersion now at v0.1.25, its golden output should also be updated. Currently smoke-copilot.golden still references ghcr.io/github/gh-aw-mcpg:v0.1.22, so the golden test will likely continue to fail unless that golden file is regenerated/committed as well.
