Fix Daily AstroStyleLite spellcheck crash by replacing unsupported cspell output flag

[Copilot]

The Daily AstroStyleLite spellcheck workflow was failing before file analysis because it invoked cspell@8.19.4 with an unsupported --format json flag, which then caused downstream jq parsing to fail. This prevented has_findings from being set and incorrectly short-circuited workflow behavior.

• Spellcheck CLI invocation

  • Replaced --format json with the supported JSON reporter for cspell 8.19.4:
    • --reporter @cspell/cspell-json-reporter
  • Kept existing file list/config flow unchanged.

• JSON parsing hardening

  • Added a guard to validate cspell-results.json before any jq --argjson usage.
  • If output is not valid JSON, the workflow now falls back to a safe empty payload ({"issues":[]}), ensuring findings extraction and outputs remain deterministic.

• Generated workflow sync

  • Recompiled the workflow lock file so .md and .lock.yml stay aligned.
