Smoke CI run #1814 failed because all 6 curl attempts (initial + 5 retries) to fetch the AWF firewall checksums.txt from GitHub releases returned HTTP 502. The retry window was only ~50s — too short for the outage duration.

Change

Increased all four curl calls in install_awf_binary.sh (checksums, bundle, Linux binary, macOS binary):

# Before
curl -fsSL --retry 5 --retry-delay 10 --retry-max-time 180 ...

# After
curl -fsSL --retry 10 --retry-delay 30 --retry-max-time 360 ...

Extends the effective retry window from ~50s to ~6 minutes, covering typical transient GitHub releases outages.

fix: increase AWF binary download retry resilience (#smoke-ci-failure)

The Smoke CI run #1814 failed because install_awf_binary.sh curl calls
used --retry 5 --retry-delay 10 (only ~50s retry window), which was
insufficient for the transient 502 outage on GitHub releases.

Increase all four curl calls to --retry 10 --retry-delay 30
--retry-max-time 360, providing ~6 minutes of retry resilience.
