This PR exposes a bit more surface of the underlying api to the MCP tool. In particular the time filters "Since" and "Until" as well as the "Path". This is very useful for repositories with a long history and a large number of files.
Thank you for the MCP, I hope in next revisions the output of the tools will become more AI friendly and less like a simple dump of the GItHub api, we are consuming too many tokens processing metadata around the GitHub objects that may or may not be useful for the user.
