External report: Policy document looks as if it should be GHES only - broken links for GitHub.com version #320

Description

1. What's the name of the policy?

GitHub Insights and data protection for your organization

An external contributor to the open sourced docs repository has tried to fix the broken links on the free, pro, team version of this page: github/docs#637.

Since GitHub Insights is a GHES-only feature, it's not a surprise that the links don't work when you're viewing the dotcom version of that page.

As far as I can tell, the right fix is to add a condition to the front matter for the policy to stop it showing up when people are browsing the free, pro, team docs.

If my assessment is correct, I'm happy to work with the external contributor to make this change.

2. Is this issue related to a specific section within one of our policies (e.g. the Terms of Service)? If so, please include a link to the section or subsection.

3. Did you already open a pull request? If so, please include a link to the PR.

4. Sometimes it's easier to just put your feedback text into an issue. If that's how you'd prefer to contribute, this is the section to do that.

5. Why do you think this section or language needs improvement?
