Is this project gonna receive the love it deserves?

I was wondering if this is an abandonware by now?

From go 1.25 it is not possible to install due to this:
golang/go#74462
so gopy requires a bump for x/tools.

Not exactly abandonware but I personally am not using it and neither is @sbinet I believe, so we are both not so motivated to maintain it, while having lots of other things on our plate. So.. if an active user would like to step up to the plate and volunteer to maintain, that would be great! :)

I'm encountering this install issue on arch linux. Is there any workaround to be able to use this project?
