Remove _FixedTypeHintTagsUnwrappingProvider workaround — upstream TypeHintTagsUnwrappingProvider now handles type hint unwrapping correctly (renamed _get_proxy_target → _unwrap_type_hint). Bump minimum adaptix version to 3.0.0b12.
