goimports failed because of gofmt diff output on MacOS 13.0 M1Pro

Description of the problem

golangci-lint failed because of gofmt time format.

But if I run goimports individually, it succeeds and apply the desired change to log.go
goimports -local github.com/huanghe314/log -w . succeed as expected.

I suspect the reason behind this is that diff on mac has different behavior.
Here is the snapshot info from man page of diff.

As explained above, nanoseconds or timezone not included except in legacy mode.
