@gundermanc noted that agent asked for confirmation to enter plan mode to do a minor bug fix: https://github.com/google-gemini/gemini-cli/pull/18667 we should add evals for when we do/don't expect the tool to be called and tune the system prompt for this "maybe it should be done only if the user asks for it or if the plan looks like it needs iteration to get right due to size or some other factor"
