Press tab for shell gets lost in UX due to its color/placement

What happened?

Press tab for shell gets lost since it looks like a hint or other messages based on its color and placement location. This is causing confusion that the user must take an action or nothing can move forward. Gemini CLI needs to be a lot more aggressive to show me the agents has been paused until the user resolves the shell interaction.

What did you expect to happen?

This to be clearer to the user.

I'll implement this after these two PRs are merged:

• makes thinking text white: ui: update & subdue footer colors and animate progress indicator #18570
• creates focus color variable: UI: standardize "focus" (fka "selection") color across themes #17372
  As part of this issue I'd like to change the focus color of shells, so that the hint to focus and focus color are the same.
