AskUser tool outputs raw tags in plan mode

What happened?

I haven't been able to properly test it, but I was in plan mode and the model tried asking me a question but the output was tags.

What did you expect to happen?

The ask user tool to appear

@david-saint Hey, so from what I understand the model tried to ask a question during plan mode but instead of showing the actual ask user prompt, it just printed the raw tags as text in the terminal. Thats definitely not how its supposed to work.
My guess is the cli isn't properly handling those tags when its running in plan mode. Like maybe in normal mode the parsing picks them up and shows the interactive prompt but in plan mode that part is getting skipped or something and it just renders them as plain text instead.
Would be nice to know what exactly got printed though. Like which tags showed up in the output. Also the cli version and model would help a lot in figuring out where things are going wrong.

Hi folks, I'm on the team and I hit this also. Sorry it does seem like a real bug, but some sort of hard to replicated edge case. The version of this that I had happen is below.

If anyone has a repro it would be a huge help.
