What would you like to be added?
To answer open question sometimes you need to write quite a lot of text. The example is describing track for conductor. Having ability to open editor as in a regular chat would make this task easier.
Why is this needed?
Long answers are difficult to be edited in current AskUser UI. External editor would make it easier, similar to as it is now in the chat.
