Add `/sessions` or `/history` command like Atlassian's RovoDev CLI or Cline/RooCode

This has much better UX than /chat save because it saves tasks automatically.

This is exactly how it works in Cline/RooCode.

I can start new sessions and every session is saved automatically.

If it hangs & stops, then I can go back to that particular session and type "Continue" to continue it.

Why is this needed?

To view history easily & get back into previous tasks.

Current workflow like /chat save requires manual work. This is automatic.

@deadcoder0904, this issue has been inactive for over 60 days. Is this feature still needed? We currently have the /chat command which allows browsing auto-saved sessions and manual checkpoints, but we understand you're looking for a more automatic and integrated experience similar to Cline/RooCode. Feel free to reopen this issue.
