What happened?
We are seeing multiple reports of 429 Too Many Requests and related capacity issues. This tracking issue is created to deduplicate and centralize discussions around capacity-related errors.
What did you expect to happen?
Fewer capacity issues and better handling/retry logic when they do occur.
