MCP Prompts seem to not be getting turned into slash commands on preview and nightly

What happened?

I see that the prompt is recognized, but it doesn't appear in the list.

(add is recognized as a prompt in the MCP server, but doesn't show up in the list as a slash command at the bottom)

What did you expect to happen?

I expect MCP prompt commands to show up as slash commands in the suggestions below the text box.
