Summary of Changes
Hello @skeshive, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!
This pull request addresses a potential crash on Windows by making the process-utils module more robust when retrieving process command line information. It specifically handles cases where a null command might be returned or when process information commands yield empty output, preventing subsequent errors.
Highlights
- Robustness for process command retrieval: Ensures that the "command" field returned by "getProcessInfo" is always a string, handling cases where it might be null on Windows or when the "ps" command returns empty output on other systems.

Code Review
This pull request addresses a crash on Windows by handling a potential null command, which is a solid fix. The addition of a check for empty stdout on other platforms also enhances robustness. My review includes one suggestion to further harden the logic against unexpected process information on non-Windows systems.

TLDR
Unfortunately I'm unable to repro the bug on my windows machine so I can't actually confirm if this fixes the issue but based on the stack trace from #7834, seems like process-utils was returning a null command.
