Code Review
This pull request provides a much-needed update to the extension documentation, reflecting the new extension management commands and the removal of workspace-level extensions. The new documentation is comprehensive and well-structured. I've found one minor but important typo in a command example that should be fixed to avoid confusion for users.

I made some minor notes - but they are very minor vs being blockers.
