Add new "Agent Runtime" -> "Cancel Agent Runs" docs page for
AbortSignalsupport in ADK JS v1.0.0 (google/adk-js#234), covering basic usage, timeout-based cancellation, propagation through the execution stack, and accessing the signal in custom tools. This is currently an ADK JS feature.All code samples and API signatures verified against
