Unable to build Amber_Cmake Error_INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES

Trying to build Amber on Windows using:
cmake -GNinja -DVulkan_LIBRARY="C:\VulkanSDK\1.2.135.0" ../..

Getting error as follows:

CMake Error in samples/CMakeLists.txt:

  INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES:
