MSVC bots seem to have too old a version of MSVC 2017. Works on a local Windows machine for me. |
* Update to ToT for clang and llvm * Remove the MSVC 2015 bot config * Modify windows kokoro script to enable x64 host compile correctly * Install newer cmake via chocolatey for windows * add cmake to path
