Sketches don't work when run locally

Description

If I try to run the program from the link locally, nothing is drawn, I just see white screen. I'm compiling with GHC 8.6.5, Cabal 3.4.0.0, tried with Google Chrome and Safari. You can find the exact code I'm running here.

This is actually a known limitation. See https://github.com/google/codeworld/blob/master/codeworld-api/src/CodeWorld/CanvasM.hs#L280 Getting this working requires an implementation of drawImgURL in native code. If someone wants to take a crack at implementing, then https://hackage.haskell.org/package/blank-canvas-0.7.3/docs/Graphics-Blank.html#v:newImage looks useful.
