PR #6324 moved the
Traitsstruct andCreatemethod behind the--cpp-static-reflectionflag whereas before they were just behind the--cpp-std=c++17flag, which could theoretically break some code. This PR moves those basic features back to--cpp-std=c++17without needing--cpp-static-reflection.@vglavnyy
