Print binary-identifying info at the top of each file

When files roll over, it would be nice to have the first few lines contain some info that identifies the source binary and build.  There may not be a project-independent way to identify this info from within glog code, but if there was a hook where the binary could add its own "first lines of the file" info, that would be enough for us (@kubernetes).
