- remove code dependency for fixture regen; instead use ENV - generate fixtures for additional_bindings and allofwrap tests, left out of the repo - minor cleanups / improvements
This adds a flag, wildcard_body_dedup, which removes message fields from the object body schema of of an operation when they overlap with its path parameters. Fixes google/gnosic#323
