Don't start duration timer until device is discovered and monitoring commences

What is the problem your feature is trying to solve?
The duration shown in the report and on the Reports list could be regarded as misleading.

In this case, there was a period of around 25-30 minutes before the device was actually powered up and connected to Testrun.

The duration timer shouldn't start until the device is discovered and monitoring commences.

The "Started" time shown in various screens (such as the screenshot in the OP), could also be a candidate for change. Perhaps it should reflect the time that the device reached the Discovered/Monitoring phase?
