security.tls.v*_*_server Supplementary text in test result is misleading

Describe the bug
This DUT does not offer any TLS server functionality, but the supplementary text (and the description above them) could be regarded as misleading for the reasons detailed here.

To Reproduce
Run a test on a device that does not have any TLS server functionality.

Expected behavior
The description and supplementary text should be clearer and state something like "No TLS server functionality found".
