Container network namespaces are not cleaned up after use

Output of ls in netns folder shows:

/run/netns# ls
tr-ctns-dhcp tr-ctns-dns tr-ctns-gateway

Network namespaces should be cleared during the network restore function.

@jhughesbiot @noursaidi Any thoughts on this? It does not seem to break anything but would prefer if we could remove these. For some reason, running rm -rf in that folder didn't seem to do the trick.

You should be able to clear them with this command and filter for tr namespaces:

sudo ip netns | grep tr | sudo xargs -r -t -n 1 ip netns del

Might be able to remove the sudos depending on how we run the command.
