Network modules are not stopped after test completion causing high CPU usage

Describe the bug
The network modules are not stopped after test completion and results in high CPU usage whilst Testrun is not actively being used.

To Reproduce

1. Run Testrun
2. Wait for test to finish
3. Observe CPU usage

Expected behavior
Network should be stopped in between tests
