  1. Copy .prettierrc.json from lit.
  2. Adds prettier as a dev dependency.
  3. Add npm run lint, npm run format, npm run format:check scripts.
  4. Reformats all code using Prettier.
  5. Updates the lint workflow to also run prettier.
