GoogleDefaultChannelBuilder does not support user-supplied CallCredentials #649
Description
As mentioned in grpc/grpc-java#5303, GoogleDefaultChannelBuilder will override any user-specified CallCredentials (throw them away).
Since it appears you let users specify CallCredentials, #627 should probably be "reverted" for the moment.
Ideally it wouldn't be 100% reverted, because it did two changes: migrated off of experimental APIs and swapped to GoogleDefaultChannelBuilder. Instead of reverting wholesale, it'd probably be better to replace GoogleDefaultChannelBuilder with ManagedChannelBuilder.
