BigQuery: Remove location parameter from query code samples

The location parameter can sometimes confuse new BigQuery developers. Previously it could not be autodetected in regional endpoints, but now autodetection works pretty well. Let's remove this parameter from all (or most if we happen to have a code sample specifically for specifying location) query samples.
