Expand on possibilities to contribute on the website #602

The feature
We should add more explicit ways on how to contribute to the project on the website.
Preferably by listing different kind of tasks that points to appropriate further reading elsewhere.
This could either be a section on the About page, or a standalone page linked from there (depending on how long it becomes).
Why?
We have a fairly mature contributing file on GitHub and rather well-developed instructions on Wikidata. But right now it's a bit obscure on how to find them. Our call to action now have the focus "Join the community" without really going in to what to help with and where to help with what. By listing a couple of tasks and where to read more about each of them, I think more people finding the website may end up helping out.
