Modify the CTA to include contact points outside of social media #604

The feature
The CTA “No social media accounts found! Do you know of any? Add them to Wikidata.” should be modified to include non-social media contact points as well.

Why?
The focus is now on social media accounts, but if an agency does not have social media but does have other contact points, the CTA remains visible.
