Centralize creative briefs, client intake documents, meeting notes in one place.
To create a smart click on Add > Smartnote
Smartnotes can either be saved as a draft or published.
Drafts are visible only to the user that created the Smartnote and no other user in the project.
Once a note is ready you can publish to different users who are part of the project, at this stage the note will be marked as Published.
Note: Once a Smartnote is published it will immediately be visible to all users who have access to it and can't be sent back to draft state.
To edit a Smartnote, open the Smartnote and then click on the edit (edit draft) button.
The Smartnote editor comes with a long list of features like:
H1, H2, H3, H4, Paragraph
Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, justification, colours
Checklists, numbered lists, unordered list
Inline images, file attachments
Tables with header row/column
URL, quote, code
To publish a note click on publish when in edit mode. Once a note is published all members who have access to the note will receive an email notifying them of a new Smartnote
Note: Once a Smartnote is published it will immediately be visible to all users who have access to it and can't be sent back to draft state.
When publishing a Smartnote you can decide who has access to the Smartnote. By default all smart notes are public and visible to all project members (team members & reviewers)
If you don't want the Smartnote to be visible to everyone you can toggle public visibility setting off and select the members who would have access to the Smartnote
Everyone with access to a Smartnote can comment on the Smartnote. To place comment simply click on the comment icon
