Feature request: Whoami? #64

It would be nice to have an SDK/API method which just confirms that the API_TOKEN and ENDPOINT are configured properly.
As a workaround, I typically call gl.list_detectors(). But this doesn't make it exactly easy to know what account I'm authenticated as. And if auth fails, it doesn't help me at all to understand why. A nice error message here would be great. Along the lines of PR #61.
