Finish up the Settings Page

Settings page is very rough, many of the features don't exactly work, and it's full of bugs

Current functionality TODO:

• Motion sorting configurations
• Enabling/disabling certain motions
  • Round-Robin
  • Extensions
  • Others?
• Timer: How should timer be handled during mods? We can consider a few cases (which could be possible settings):
  • Does total timer run while delegate timer is paused?
  • Does yielding time deduct the leftover time from the total timer?
• Delegate configuration
  • Updating delegates can break session data
  • Presets are buggy
• UI could probably just be better here
