Add Task Interrupt Data

Task interrupts can be difficult to introspect and understand. In this issue, find a way to define in a more structured manner the possible behaviors for an interrupt, conditioned on the cause, markers, etc. Something that exists at the class level and uses a match/case style might be appropriate.

This would be an enabler for visualization of task networks beyond re-printing the task network definition.
