rewrite status of post

now we can identify post published or not on if post.publishedon != Null

Doenst implement FSM principle, good way to rewrite:

create statuses of post:

DRAFT
ARCHIVED
PUBLISHED
DELETED

• Post statuses (Model)
• Statuses in admin
• Using statuses in VIEWS
